We decided this time around that when we moved we would hire movers to move at the very least, the big stuff. So with two weeks off before Randy started his job we packed and organized as seen in the previous post.
August 12 arrived and we packed the cars and headed down to the Fuquay Varina house! We moved a bunch of little things such as china, glasses, and items we knew needed special handling. We cleaned the house top to bottom to get it ready for the movers and spent the first night in the house on our air mattress in the living room.
Sunday came and we headed back to the Elon house and so did "Two men and a truck"! They pulled the truck right up the drive way and did their thing. Randy and I watched and hung out and let them move everything we didn't want to move. That's why we paid them, right?

They packed the house and we all headed back down to Fuquay-Varnia, where they unpacked the house and left it for us to organize and settle in. We were happy to back home and I was happy to start my new job and continue our wonderful journey!
